Monte Carlo Reservation Info: Individuals may make their own reservations by calling the Monte Carlo Room Reservations Department at 1-800-311-8999. Attendees are to identify themselves with the group code XASAD12 in order to receive the applicable room rate. It is very important that each individual gives the agent the group code. At the time the reservation is made, the guest will be asked to give a credit card or send a deposit to cover their first night's room and tax. The credit card will be immediately billed for the first night's room and tax. Hampton Inn Reservation Info: Call the Hampton Inn directly at 1-877-584-6835 and ask to book into the Ridgecrest Travel Group with a reference date of December 13th. Please give this date even if you plan to arrive earlier or later. This will help the Hampton Inn find the group information. Circus Circus Reservation Info: Do your team a BIG favor and DO NOT book the Manor. This rate is for double occupancy. Children 17 and under stay in the room with adults/parents for free. Please contact the room reservations department at 1-800-634-3450 option 1 and inform the agent that you are booking for the Group Code:B12ASAS-ASA Softball. Reservations will need the first night prepaid by either a credit card or check. Please note: Any team arriving by bus will be charged a 4.00 per person baggage handling charge roundtrip. The above rates on all hotel properties do not include tax of 9%.

Dear Softball Travelers,
Alamo offers a free program that facilitates a much quicker vehicle check in/pick up. We encourage you to sign up in advance of your trip. Without this special check in, you could easily wait for up to 1 hour to pick up your vehicle.

To sign up please do the following:

Call 1-800-882-5266 (Quick Silver Program) Try to call between 9am and 5pm for fastest service.

The agent will collect information from you to create your Quick Silver Program account and then assign you a membership number. Please have the Alamo agent attach this number to your existing Alamo reservation(s). This will ensure that you obtain the quick check in for your reservation(s).
